**Terms and Conditions - Kankana Handmade Jewellery and Gifts**

Welcome to our handmade jewelry and gifts business. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

**1. Orders & Shipping**

1.1. **Order Placement**: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

1.2. **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit/debit card or EFT if order is placed via DM or email.

1.3. **Order Confirmation**: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

1.4. **Shipping**: We offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

1.5. **International Orders**: For international orders, we have an outlet in Harare Zimbabwe.

1.6. **Lost or Damaged Packages**: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

**2. Returns & Exchanges**

2.1. **Return Policy**: We only accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or broken. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2.2. **Return Process**: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) if eligible.

2.3. **Refunds**: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.1. **Handmade Nature**: Our jewelry and gifts are handmade, which means that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in appearance.

3.2. **Materials**: We use high-quality materials in our products, including gemstones, stainless steel, macrame cord and glass beads. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific details.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• 30 to 40 cm (11.8 to 15.7 inch): Short chokers as closely to the neck and are 30 to 40 cm long.
• 40 tot 45 cm (11.8 to 17.7 inch): Some link chains, necklaces with pendants, rope necklaces and long chokers are between 40 and 45 cm long. These hang on to the collarbone and pendant on the sternum.
• 50 tot 55 cm (19.6 tot 21.6 inch): Many link chains, rope necklaces and chains with pendants are between 50 and 55 cm long. These come to the top of the sternum. It is a nice length for a necklace with pendant
• 60 tot 65 cm ( 23.6 inch to 25.5 inch): Link chains, cord chains with or without a pendant of 60 to 65 cm rise above the bust.
• 65 tot 75 cm (25.5 tot 29.5 inch): Long chains of 65 to 75 cm come to or over the bust.
• Necklaces of 85 cm (33.4 inch) and longer: Necklaces longer than 85 cm long come to or under the navel. These chains can also be wrapped two or three times around the neck.

All our Kankana Necklaces come in 45cm length with a +- 5cm Extender chain to make them between 45 - 52cm.
