Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes:
- Within South Africa: We offer a flat shipping rate of R65 for deliveries to anywhere within South Africa. This service takes approximately 2 to 3 working days to deliver your order.
- Overnight Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, we provide an overnight shipping option for R120. Please note that orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time for this service. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders within South Africa that total R400 or more. This applies to the standard delivery service only
Free Collection:
- If you prefer, you have the option to collect your order free of charge from our physical location in Bryanston. During the checkout process, you can select the "Free Collection" option. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone, and you can pick it up during our business hours. Please remember to bring a valid form of identification for verification.
Shipping to Zimbabwe:
- For customers in Zimbabwe, we periodically send stock to Zimbabwe, approximately once a month. If you are located in Zimbabwe and would like to place an order, please contact our customer support team for more information on the next available shipment date.
- Collection and payment for Zimbabwe orders can be made at our designated collection point in Alexandra Park. Once your order is ready for collection, we will provide you with the necessary details and instructions.
Order Processing and Tracking:
- After you place an order, we will process it within the specified handling time, typically within 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or through the selected courier service's tracking system.
Address Accuracy and Responsibility:
- It is essential to provide accurate shipping information, including your full name, complete delivery address, and contact details. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Limitations:
- At this time, we only ship within South Africa and to Zimbabwe. We do not offer international shipping to other countries.
